Angie Nichols – Owner/Chief Kombucha Operator Angie calls herself a “Corporate Hippie”.  Her love for being active landed her a job as a partner at a corporate fitness and wellness company.  We call that her “day job” and her husband calls her his “sugar mama”. Angie brews our Kombucha which you will find on tap in our brew house.  As a certified Yoga instructor, you will also find her teaching Brewga (A flow yoga class held in the brewery followed by one of our delicious pints a beer).

*Brewga is held on Saturday at 11am – Cost is $15 (includes a 50 minute flow yoga class and a pint of beer)

Brian Nichols –  Owner/Chief Beer Operator

Brian, who was born and raised in Colorado, has worn many hats throughout his semi-professional life; cable guy, grunt, cook, Dad, Coach, Poppy (yes he still refuses to call himself a Grandpa). You name it, he’s probably done it. He fell in love with craft beer sometime in the 90’s when he landed his job at a large bio-tech company in Boulder, CO (micro-brew mecca, then & now) where he started brewing beer with a co-worker and sampling the craft scene in Boulder.

After almost 17 years, he left the corporate world to fulfill a bucket-list dream and build a house (with his very own hands) in the Fraser Valley for his beautiful wife and four-legged kids. After the build was finished, a friend he acquired up here came to him with an idea to start a brewery in Fraser…

Payton Schiff – Front End Manager/Beertender

Originally born in Colorado, Payton grew up in the land of 3.2% beer (Salt Lake City, UT) before returning to her homeland in 2019 with a car full of skis and her pup Ruby. As often as you’ll find her and Ruby slinging beers at the brewery, you’ll find her trail running on the Continental Divide and skiing chutes on Berthoud Pass. Payton helps manage the brewery on the front end and keeps things organized and running smoothly.
